When I was looking for something meaningful to do to pass the time at home during the lockdown I
remembered Monika’s online yoga class. The course is eight weeks long and every week you get infos about health and detailed descriptions of two yoga poses accompanied by a video.

The timing is good as you have to learn by listening, watching and imitating the poses. Then you practice for a week before you learn new poses . It did help that I have some yoga experience . I found it also very helpful to get more explanations on the linked FB page. Anyone doing the course can ask questions and Monika will patiently point out and show important features of the pose.

Just completed level II of Yoga and Naturopathy fore Bone and Joint Health. My best takeaway was learning the right way to do the poses with specific instructions on common errors and correct versions. All of this is captured in modules created for every lesson. Just completed a course, “Yoga & Naturopathy for Healthy Bones & Joints” recently and absolutely enjoyed it.
