I’m Monika Ramasamy, a Kuala Lumpur–based
Clinical Naturopath, Yoga Therapist, HRDC-accredited trainer, and Woman-Centered Coach in advanced professional training.
For over 30 years, I have worked at the intersection of therapeutic movement, clinical naturopathy, and women’s wellbeing. I began teaching yoga in 1988 and later trained in naturopathic medicine. Today, my work brings these disciplines together to support women through midlife with greater
strength, vitality, resilience, confidence, and agency.
I am currently completing the
Woman-Centered Coach Professional Certification Program (WCPC) with the
Women-Centered Coaching Institute, USA, under Dr. Claire Zammit (Mar–Nov 2026). This advanced training focuses on
identity evolution, recognising underlying patterns and adaptive behaviours, and designing growth pathways that help women move beyond internal barriers into greater self-awareness, self-trust, visibility, possibility, and fulfilment.
My Approach
- Bone, joint and structural longevity
- Hormonal and metabolic health
- Nervous system regulation and cognitive resilience
- Strength, mobility and vitality through midlife
- Gut health, sleep and stress support
- Identity, self-trust and personal agency through Woman-Centered Coaching
This means we don’t just address symptoms.
Whether you are navigating
hormonal changes, digestive discomfort, declining bone density, reduced vitality, or a deeper sense that something in your life needs to change, my role is to help you understand what may be influencing your wellbeing — physically and internally — and support you in moving forward with greater
clarity, strength and confidence.
I believe prevention is powerful.
I believe adaptation is wisdom.
I believe midlife can be one of a woman’s strongest, most expansive chapters.
